Our aim is to be able to provide you a professional and trust worthy service that delivers the whole package smoothly from start to finish. Our friendly in house customer care department will deal with any issues that may come up 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Client Handover

On job completion we will handover your Prowired Electrical Handover Pack. (Via a PDF document on email). This pack will include all relevant certification, design work and all manufacturers instruction.

This is so both yourself and us have a clear document to refer to if necessary. Enabling us to go through the records and answer any questions our clients may have.

Our in house customer care department will deal with any issues that may come up within a year of the works being carried out.  We will then arrange for an engineer to come and rectify any issue at your convenience. If it is any extra works we will provide you with an accurate quotation and if successful we will book in and complete the work as instructed.
