Kent Construction Expo 2022!

It is safe to say the Prowired team had an absolute blast this year at the expo! We would like to thank everyone that stopped by for a chat – it was great to see old friends as well as meeting new faces – and we hope to continue with the new connections from the event in the upcoming months!

Little did we know after exhibiting in 2021 for the first time and meeting Mark from Bison there last year that we would embark on such a huge rebrand journey…

And what a stage to showcase our new branding on, from uniform, mini brochures to a fantastic backdrop – allowing us all to reflect on how much we have achieved within a year!

We would like to give a special thanks to the Bison team for the exceptional continued support over the past year with our rebrand and to Elite Modular Flooring for installing our stands incredible eye catching flooring this year! Roll on to 2023’s show!

Solar panel installation

The team completed a 12 in roof solar panel installation on a bespoke renovation and extension to a prestige property in Kent this month. The panels were separated on two parts of the roof to achieve maximum solar gain and efficiency for the respective client.

In order to meet the deadline with the roofers we initially installed the panels, then returning at a later stage to complete the inverter and final circuit wiring as part of the general refurbishment on this installation.

The completed install presented a seamless finish, with the panels flawlessly blending with the slate effect tiles that were selected by the client. Well done team!

Introducing simPRO Mobile...

We had two fantastic sessions with Nathan from simPRO this month – first with our in house team and secondly with our onsite guys.

We have been avid users of simPRO for well over a year now utilising it for quotes, scheduling jobs, sending purchase orders to wholesalers and much more. Following this we had briefly integrated simPRO mobile for our engineers carrying out customer cares however we felt it was now the right time to expand this across the whole company.

We can now look forward to utilising SimPRO mobile for our onsite guys to report to us regarding all jobs via attaching photos, notes and material orders to create seamless communication with our in-house team!
