Mental Health First Aid Training

Kayleigh (our business administrator), Zak (our estimator) and Nathan (our managing director) all successfully completed their Mental Health first aid training over at Swift First Aid training in Sittingbourne in June!

Here at Prowired we believe in a strong push for better mental health, especially in the electrical/construction industry where unfortunately as a whole this topic has been disregarded for years.

This course was incredibly important to gain the knowledge and understanding of how to cope not only with our individual well-being but across the company as a whole. Equipping them with the skills and awareness to handle issues surrounding employee wellbeing and mental health.

As a company we are now looking forward to implementing new procedures and workplace wellness policies in the coming weeks. We believe by offering this type of training we can raise awareness around mental health, increase confidence in dealing with mental illnesses as well as potential early interventions, and importantly reducing the stigma around such an important topic.

Out with the old, in with the new...

As you may know branding is something we are into big time! With our appetite for continuous improvement and growth we were approaching our tenth anniversary in April this year and were keen to do things that clearly defined this milestone, including a major makeover of the look and feel of the business to reflect who we are in 2022!

We therefore launched our rebrand at the beginning of June with the huge support of Bison Print. Our rebrand included a facelift of our original logo, brand guidelines, external and wayfinding signage and fleet graphics!

It was a daunting journey to begin with but we are really happy with our new final look and our improved brand identity! We want to thank Bison for all their support along this journey and for help making it happen!

New Website is finally here!

Just incase you haven’t heard yet (slight sarcasm) but we’ve finally got a new website! After many months of hard work we launched our new website along side our rebrand launch at the beginning of June!

Our previous website had become outdated and we wanted a fresh, sleek new one to reflect and represent who Prowired are currently! We felt it was important to cover each of our services in much more detail, and to be able to showcase case studies and articles along side the rest of the website so past and future clients can get a good insight to what we do. We have also added a whole careers section as we are always looking to expand our team with vibrant and passionate people to join us on our journey – and felt this was an important section to include!
