MVHR System install at Penshurst
This month we completed a large MVHR installation in a luxury bespoke new build house located in Penshurst. The MVHR system will provide controlled ventilation to the property while recovering heat from the extracted air, reducing the energy required for heating. The system is designed to be highly efficient and to provide optimal indoor air quality for the occupants of the property.
Our team expertly installed a heat recovery unit and ducting for fresh air distribution throughout the house. Great job from the team on delivering a high-quality installation!
Renewable Energy push with the LoCASE grant!
Starting the new year, we aimed to promote renewable energy and assist households and businesses in reaching net-zero status. With the LoCASE grant ending this spring, it’s important for businesses to know that there’s still available government funding to support their transition to a more sustainable future and lower energy bills. The Low Carbon Across the South and East (LoCASE) programme offers a non-repayable grant of up to £20,000, enabling businesses to become more sustainable while reducing their carbon footprint.

Impressive Containment Works...
The maintenance team has been doing an exceptional job with their containment work with various client sites this month. They have been working diligently to ensure that the projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
However, there was one job that stood out as a true showcase of their expertise and attention to detail. The team was tasked with installing a cable tray system, which was designed to connect the machines and isolators within a factory. The cable tray was installed with precision, following the exact shape of the walls, making sure that it was perfectly fitted and securely in place.
The successful completion of this job is a testament to the team’s hard work and expertise, and their attention to detail sets a high bar for future projects and highlights their dedication to their work and their commitment to providing the best possible service to their clients. Well done, team!
