Our client was commissioned by the owner of an aviation specialist who carry out repair, service and maintenance of aircraft, they were under going a major refurbishment and new build of a hanger to support their operation.

The location of the site situated at Southend Airport had sensitive security restraints which had to be adhered to at all times.
Time deadlines were very tight on this project and with the restraints on materials availability attributed by the covid pandemic and Brexit related issues it was a challenging job to get over the line on time to suit the clients relocation from their existing premises.
