A large and spacious gym required an LED lighting upgrade to brighten the space while reducing energy consumption. When turned on, the existing halogen lighting would be dull and take time to brighten up, contributing to the increased running costs.
Working with Ovia (lighting manufacturer), we presented the client with a lighting design designed to give maximum light across the room with LED dimmable high bay fittings. They were also provided with an energy consumption calculation, allowing them to see their cost-reduction savings.
To complete this job, we required tower scaffolding because the working height was above 3 metres. After completion, there was a significant difference in the room’s appearance due to the now efficient and bright lighting, making the space more fit for purpose, on top of the reduced running costs.
