Project Overview
Prowired Electrical was chosen to design and deliver the complete electrical installation for eighteen newbuild homes at the prestigious Folders Lane development in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. Our work encompassed all aspects of internal and external electrical systems, the integration of advanced ventilation solutions, smart home technology, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. This phased project took place from August 2024 to June 2025, requiring detailed coordination to address the unique demands of each property, which included both single and double garages.
Scope of Works
Complete first and second fix cabling for all properties

A full range of Aico smoke, heat, and alarms for safety compliance
Electric Vehicle Charging Solution
BG SyncEV seven point four kilowatt smart electric vehicle chargers with Type Two socket at each property
Installations on BG EVASTAND12S posts or wallmounted, as required
Wireless internet enabled, Open Charge Point Protocol version one point six J compliant chargers to ensure seamless connectivity
Neatly contained and professionally labelled terminations and distribution boards
Testing and Certification
Thorough testing of all circuits to British Standard 7671
Distribution boards fully labelled and documented
National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting certification for each individual property upon handover

Changing Specifications
